Section 3
(1)
There shall be appointed an officer to be styled the Director General of Electrical Inspectorate and such numbers of Deputy Director Generals, Directors Deputy Directors and Assistant Directors as may be necessary for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
There shall be appointed such other officers as may be expedient for the performance of such duties as may be prescribed under this Act.
(3)
All Deputy Director Generals, Directors, Deputy Directors, Assistant Directors and all officers appointed under subsection (2) shall be subjected to the direction and supervision of the Director General.
