Section 49
The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 55
the following section:
“Aftercare of child released from place of refuge 55a. If a child is sent to a place of refuge, the Court For
Children making the order shall, at the same time, make an order that after the expiration of the period of his placement he shall, for a period of one year, be under the supervision of—
(a)
a Protector; or
(b)
such other person as the Child Welfare Team may appoint.”.
