Section 52
The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 62
the following section:
“Aftercare of child released from probation hostel 62a. If a child is sent to a probation hostel, the Court For
Children making the order shall, at the same time, make an order that after the expiration of the period of his detention he shall, for a period of one year, be under the supervision of—
(a)
a probation officer; or
(b)
such other person as the Child Welfare Team may appoint.”.
