Section 6
The principal Act is amended by substituting for section 141f the following section:
“141f. (1) Subject to subsection (2), a member of the Tribunal may at any time resign his office by giving notice in writing to the Minister.
(2)
For the purpose of resignation, a member of the
Tribunal appointed under paragraph 141c(1)(b) shall give three months’ notice in writing to the Minister.”.
