Section 87 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
by substituting for the words “the particulars for which provision is made in the respective prescribed forms:”
the words “the number and description of packages, of the description, weight, measure or quantity, and value of all goods, and of the country of origin of such goods.”;
and
(b)
by deleting the proviso.
