(a)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by deleting the words “section 95 and”;

in paragraph (b), by substituting for the words
“fifty ringgit” the words “two hundred ringgit”; and
(iii)
in paragraph (c), by substituting for the words
“twelve months” the words “three months”; and
(b)
in subsection (2), by deleting the words “, or at the rate of customs duty leviable on goods of a like description at the time of re-export of the goods, whichever is the lower”.
