Section 124a of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the words “name and address” the words “name, address, identification card number and passport number”; and
(b)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the words “a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both” the words
“a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years or to both”.
