Section 30

A person who knowingly contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.

Non-application of certain laws to padi and rice
