Section 100

(2)

Any officer authorized in writing by the Public Prosecutor under the Criminal Procedure Code may prosecute in any Court any case in respect of any offence under this Act.

(3)

A person who is the investigating officer of an offence under this Act shall not prosecute the case in respect of that offence.
