Section 12
Upon receiving and having considered the application for approval to establish or maintain a private healthcare facility or service other than a private medical clinic or a private dental clinic the Director General—
Private Healthcare Facilities and Services 25
(a)
may grant such approval with or without any terms or conditions; or
(b)
may refuse the application with or without assigning any reason for such refusal.
Separate approval to establish or maintain private healthcare facilities or services which are not physically, administratively or organizationally linked
