Establishment of National Mortality Assessment Committee
(2)
A Committee shall consist of a Chairman and such other members as may be appointed by the Director General.
(3)
Notwithstanding subsection (2), the Director General may appoint a permanent member or members who shall sit in a
Committee.
(4)
Each member of a Committee shall hold office for such term and subject to such conditions as may be specified in his letter of appointment.
