Section 60c of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the word
“forty-eight” wherever appearing the word “forty-five”; and
Employment (Amendment)
(b)
by inserting after subsection (2) the following subsection:
“(2a) The Minister may make regulations relating to the entitlement of allowance during shift work.”.
