Part VII of the principal Act is amended in the heading by substituting for the words “CONTRACTORS, PRINCIPALS

AND CONTRACTORS FOR LABOUR” the words “PRINCIPALS,

CONTRACTORS, SUB-CONTRACTORS AND CONTRACTORS

FOR LABOUR”.
