National Cyber Coordination and Command Centre System

Section 11
(1)
The Chief Executive shall establish and maintain a national cyber security system known as the “National Cyber
Coordination and Command Centre System” for the purpose of dealing with cyber security threats and cyber security incidents.
(2)
The National Cyber Coordination and Command Centre
System may contain any data or information on cyber security obtained or kept by the Chief Executive in the course of carrying out his duties under this Act.
(3)
The Chief Executive may, in the interest of national cyber security and subject to such terms and conditions as he thinks fit, authorize any person to have access to the National Cyber
Coordination and Command Centre System.
