Section 52

Any person who assaults, impedes, obstructs or interferes with, or refuses access to any premises or computerized data to, the Chief Executive or authorized officer in the performance of his duties under this Act commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
