Power of investigation

Section 38
(1)
An authorized officer shall have all the powers necessary to carry out an investigation in relation to any cyber security incident under this Act.
(2)
An authorized officer shall have the powers of a police officer of whatever rank as provided for under the Criminal
Procedure Code [Act 593] in relation to investigation into any offence under this Act, and such powers shall be in addition to and not in derogation of, the powers provided for under this Act.
