14. Amendment of section 54a

Subsection 54a(3) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

by inserting after the semicolon at the end of paragraph (d)

the word “and”;

by substituting for the word “; and” at the end of paragraph (e) a full stop; and

(c)

by deleting paragraph (f).
