Part I · Amendments to the Income Tax Act 1967

28. Amendment of section 120

Subsection 120(1) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

by inserting after the semicolon at the end of paragraph (e)

the word “or”;

(b)

by substituting for the word “; or” at the end of paragraph (f) a comma; and

(c)

by deleting paragraph (g).
