Amendment of section 63c
Subsection 63C(5) of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words “has the same meaning assigned to it under subsection 61A(2)” the words “means a unit trust which is approved by the Securities Commission Malaysia as Real Estate
Investment Trust or Property Trust Fund”.
