Section 20

Subsection 109C(4) of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words “finance company licensed under the

Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 [Act 372] or the

Islamic Banking Act 1983 [Act 276]” the words “Islamic bank licensed under the Financial Services Act 2013 or the Islamic

Financial Services Act 2013, as the case may be”.
