Section 7 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by deleting paragraph (a); and
(ii)
by deleting paragraph (aa); and
(b)
by deleting subsections (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7) and (8).
Deletion of section 8
