s 122Review of subsidiary legislation by the Commission

(1)

The Commission shall review all rules and regulations made under this Act that are in effect at the time of the review.

(2)

A review of the rules and regulations shall be conducted by the Commission—

(a)

every three years; or

(b)

as and when the Minister so directs under section 7.

Communications and Multimedia

(3)

The Commission shall provide a written recommendation to the Minister to modify or vary, or to repeal, any rules or regulations made under this Act—

(a)

which are no longer necessary in the national interest;

(b)

which are no longer necessary to ensure the objects of this Act; or

(c)

for any other reason that the Commission thinks is relevant.
