(2)
A review of the rules and regulations shall be conducted by the Commission—
(a)
every three years; or
(b)
as and when the Minister so directs under section 7.

(3)
The Commission shall provide a written recommendation to the Minister to modify or vary, or to repeal, any rules or regulations made under this Act—
(a)
which are no longer necessary in the national interest;
(b)
which are no longer necessary to ensure the objects of this Act; or
(c)
for any other reason that the Commission thinks is relevant.
