17. Amendment of section 65

Section 65 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in subsection (2), by inserting after the word “the inquiry”

the words “and the Commission may extend that period by not more than thirty days”; and

(b)

in paragraph (3)(d), by substituting for the word “direction”

the words “written instruction”.
