Subsection 153(3) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
by substituting for paragraphs (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f)
the following paragraphs:
“(b) pricing principles including rate methodologies;
(c)
operations and maintenance;
(d)
billing and settlement;
(e)
protection of intellectual property;
(f)
protection of commercial information;”; and
(b)
by inserting after paragraph (f) the following paragraphs:
“(g) provisioning of facilities or services;
(h)
sharing of technical information;
(i)
dispute resolution; and
(j)
suspension and termination.”.
