69. Amendment of section 190

Section 190 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in subsection (1)—

(i)

by substituting for the words “a consumer forum”

the words “each consumer forum”; and

(ii)

in paragraph (1)(b), by deleting the words “/or”

at the end of the paragraph; and

Communications and Multimedia (Amendment)

(b)

in subsection (2)—

(i)

by inserting after paragraph (2)(a) the following paragraph:

“(aa) quality of service standards and service level agreements;”; and

(ii)

by inserting after paragraph (2)(c) the following paragraph:

“(ca) the prohibition of contract terms which are procedurally or substantively unfair or both;”.
