75. Amendment of section 204

Section 204 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in subsection (1), by deleting the words “(“USP Fund”)”;

(b)

in subsection (2), by substituting for the word “USP”

wherever appearing the words “Universal Service

Provision”; and

(c)

by inserting after subsection (2) the following subsection:

“(3) The Commission shall manage the Universal

Service Provision Fund with prudence and due care.”.
