Section 1
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Co-operative Societies Act 1993.
(2)
This Act shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification to be published in the Gazette, and the
Minister may appoint different dates for the coming into force of this
Act in different parts of Malaysia or for the coming into force of different provisions of this Act.
