Section 7
(1)
The Commission may, subject to the regulations and upon receipt of such fees as may be prescribed by the regulations, register a co-operative society and its by-laws.
(2)
Every co-operative society registered under subsection (1)
shall be with limited liability.
(3)
Where the Commission refuses to register a co-operative society, an appeal shall lie to the Minister against such refusal within two months from the date of such refusal.
(4)
The word “Koperasi” shall form part of the name of every co-operative society registered under this Act.
(5)
The word “Berhad” shall be the last word in the name of every co-operative society registered under this Act.
