Section 84
(1)
Notwithstanding anything contained in section 82, the
Commission, at any time when proceeding to a decision under this Act, or the Minister at any time when an appeal has been preferred to him against any decision of the Commission under this Act, may refer any question of law arising out of such decision for the opinion of the High
Court.
(2)
Any Judge of the High Court, as the Chief Justice may direct, may consider and determine any question of law referred to such High
Court under subsection (1), and the opinion given on such question shall be final and conclusive.
