Section 85
A co-operative society may—
(a)
amalgamate with another co-operative society or other cooperative societies to form one single co-operative society;
(b)
transfer its assets and liabilities to another co-operative society; or
(c)
divide itself into two or more co-operative societies, in accordance with the regulations.
