36C. Environmental Fund Committee

There shall be established a committee to be known as the
Committee
“Committee” means the Environmental Fund Committee established under section 36C;
Environmental Fund Committee which shall have control of the Fund.
The Committee shall consist of the following members:
the Director General who shall be the Chairman;
two Senior Environmental Officers to be appointed by the
Minister;
two public officers to be appointed by the Minister; and

two members of the Council to be appointed by the
Minister.
No meeting of the Committee shall be held in the absence of the
Director General.
Director General
“Director General” means the Director General of Environmental Quality referred to in section 3;
The quorum for a meeting of the Committee shall be three persons.
Subject to this Act, the Committee may determine its own proceedings.
