Removal from office

Section 7
(1)
The Majlis may, at any time, remove from office any member of the Board and appoint another in his place.
(2)
Without prejudice to the power of removal under subsection (1), the Majlis may remove from office any such member of the
Board who, by reason of ill-health, is in the opinion of the
Majlis rendered incapable of properly performing his duties as a member of the Board.
