Section 5
Members of the Board
of Raja-Raja and the yang Di-Pertua-Yang Di-Pertua Negeri Higher Studies Scholarship Fund Act 1983
The Board shall consist of a Chairman and four other members to be appointed by the Majlis from among the Menteri-Menteri Besar and Chief Ministers.

(2)
The Chairman and members of the Board shall, subject to sections 6 and 7, be appointed for a period of two years and shall be eligible for re-appointment.
(3)
The Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Board.
(4)
The Board shall meet at least three times in a year at such place as the Chairman may appoint and at any meeting of the
Board, the Chairman and two members shall form a quorum.
(5)
The Chairman shall have a casting vote.
(6)
Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board shall have power to determine its own procedure.
(7)
The Keeper of the Rulers’ Seal shall be the Secretary to the Board.
