Section 15
(1)
Upon an employee being emplaced on the pensionable establishment, his employer shall make monthly contributions to the Consolidated Fund at the appropriate rate set out in the Second
Schedule.
(2)
The Minister may, with the concurrence of the Minister of
Finance, amend the rates in the Second Schedule by order.
