Section 18
(1)
A pension granted to an employee under this Part shall not exceed one-half of his last drawn salary.
(2)
For the purpose of subsection (1), an allowance granted in respect of injury or disease shall not be taken into account but where the employee is granted such an allowance the amount thereof together with the amount of his pension shall not exceed two-thirds of his last drawn salary.
