Section 33
Section 43 of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words “bring the cheque or promissory note to the Collector for assessment of duty in accordance with”
the words “furnish a return together with the cheque or promissory note to the Collector in accordance with section 35a for assessment of duty under”.
