(1)
Sections 22, 25, 26, 27, 34, 36, 37, 38, 40 and 41 come into operation on 1 January 2025.

Sections 21, 23, 24, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 35, 39 and 42
come into operation on 1 January 2026.
