Resignation and revocation of appointment

Section 13
(1)
A member of the Foundation or the Board may at any time resign his office by written notice addressed to—
(a)
the Minister, in the case of the Chairman; or

(b)
the Chairman, in the case of any other member.
(2)
The Minister may at any time revoke, without assigning any reason therefore, the appointment of a member of the Foundation or the Board if he thinks it is expedient to do so.
