Section 2
The Lembaga Kemajuan Terengganu Tengah Act 1973 [Act 104], which is referred to as the "principal Act" in this Act, is amended in section 2—
(a)
in the English language text, by deleting the word "and" at the end of the definition of "Lembaga"; and
(b)
by inserting after the definition of "Lembaga" the following definition:
"Minister" means the Minister charged with the responsibility for rural and regional development;'.
