The principal Act is amended by substituting for section 16A the following section:
"Statutory Bodies (Discipline and Surcharge) Act 2000
Quoted provision
Section 16A
The Statutory Bodies (Discipline and Surcharge) Act 2000 [Act 605] shall apply to the Lembaga.".
