Section 5
(1)
All lands that immediately before the commencement of this Act were vested in the Lembaga shall, on the commencement of this Act, vest in the Federal Lands Commissioner for the purpose of the Government.
(2)
All property and assets other than land that immediately before the commencement of this Act were vested in the Lembaga or in any person on its behalf shall, on the commencement of this Act, vest in the Government.
