Section 21
(1)
The Board may grant loans, scholarships and advances to its officers and servants for such purposes and on such terms and conditions as the Board may determine.
(2)
The Board may grant loans or grants to institutions of higher learning within or outside Malaysia for the purpose of human resource development in the kenaf industry and tobacco industry.
