Section 55
(1)
An authorized officer shall have all the powers necessary to carry out an investigation under this Act.
(2)
For the purpose of subsection (1), the Criminal Procedure
Code [Act 593] shall apply and an authorized officer shall have all the powers as provided for under the Code.
