Section 74
(1)
The Director General or an authorized officer may demand, select, take or obtain samples of any kenaf, kenaf product, tobacco or tobacco product for the purposes of analysis without payment from any person producing, selling or having possession of such kenaf, kenaf product, tobacco or tobacco product or his or its agent or servant from whom the samples is procured.
(2)
The procedure for taking and dealing with the samples shall be as prescribed.
