Section 1
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Highway Authority Malaysia
(Incorporation) Act 1980.
(2)
This Act shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
(3)
This Act shall apply throughout Malaysia.
