Rate of departure levy

Section 11
(1)
The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette—
(a)
fix the rate of the departure levy to be charged and levied; and
(b)
vary or amend the rate of the departure levy fixed under paragraph (a).
(2)
Any order made under subsection (1) shall be laid before the
Dewan Rakyat.
