Section 13

(1)

Any operator is liable to be registered under this Act and for such purpose shall apply to the Director General to be registered, in the manner as may be prescribed.

(2)

The application referred to in subsection (1) shall be made not less than thirty days before the commencement of the operation of carrying any person leaving Malaysia.

(3)

Any operator who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
