6. Duration of appointment

The appointment of a member of the Council under paragraphs 4(g),

(h)

and (i) shall be made by the Minister and, subject to sections 7

and 11, shall be for a period not exceeding three years and every member so appointed shall, on ceasing to be a member, be eligible for reappointment.
