A member of the Council appointed under paragraphs 4(g),
and (i) shall cease to be a member—
if he fails to attend three consecutive meetings of the
Council without leave of the Chairman of the Council; or
Council
“Council” means the National Council on Higher Education established under section 3;
if his appointment is revoked.
